Dining
Most restaurants are located at hotels and lodges and offer a mixture of spicy Bahamian and American cuisine with an obvious emphasis on seafood, especially conch. A few roadside restaurants and bars offer all the mouth-watering local dishes, including conch salad, grilled lobster and fried fish with peas 'n' rice, topped off with some unleaded or leaded coconut water, commonly known as “sky juice.” |
