Water Sports

The reefs and bays on either side of the island provide incredible snorkeling, regardless of wind direction. Northwest Point has great snorkeling off the beach and Pirate's Well Beach in some areas. You are likely to see coral heads, sand dollars, and starfish. Curtis Creek at North Beach is a natural aquarium for fish and a habitat for green turtles, which are just as fascinating viewed from a canoe or boating tour.
